  • Do you ship outside of the US?
    As of now, Effortlyss Designs only shipped within the US. Stay tuned for updates - international shipping may be available in the future.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Pre-orders: Please refer to the shipment date listed on all pre-order items to find out when it'll be shipped. After shipment, delivery can take up to 5 days. Regular Orders (non pre-order): Orders that are readily available and not for pre-order will take up to 2 days of processing time and up to an additional 5 days to be delivered. If you ordered a pre-order item with an item that wasn't pre-order: To reduce waste & packaging, pre-order items will be shipped together with items that weren't for pre-order. If your order is a gift that needs to be shipped ASAP, complete the "Contact Us" form or email info@effortlyssdesigns.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes! A confirmation email is sent after placing an order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with tracking info.
  • Can I return my item? How do I start a return?
    Please refer to our return policy here. If you qualify for a return, fill out the "Contact Us" form or email info@effortlyssdesigns.com with your order number and why you're requesting a return.
